Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Original art pieces may require additional handling time due to packaging requirements. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or through our website.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days.

For original art pieces, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier. We recommend opting for insured shipping for valuable items like original artwork.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Packaging

Original artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Smaller home décor items such as cushions and table runners will be shipped in secure packaging. If you have concerns about how your item will be packaged, please reach out to us.

Shipping Delays
