How long does delivery take once shipped?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while express shipping is 2-5 business days. For original art pieces, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier.
Which carriers do you use for delivery?
To ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time, we primarily partner with Japanese carriers. For international shipments, we utilize services such as Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service) and Sagawa Express's Hikyaku Global Post Express, which offer reliable delivery to various countries. Please note that available shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the specific artwork.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use high-quality materials, such as sturdy cardboard boxes and protective padding, to safeguard your items during transit. For artworks or delicate items, additional wrapping and corner protectors may be used. Rest assured, each package is designed to withstand the rigors of shipping while keeping your order secure.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified if they haven't been processed for shipping yet. Once the order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@12vesta.com if you need to request a cancellation or modification.
I only received part of my order—what should I do?
If part of your order is missing, please first check your tracking information to confirm if it was shipped in multiple packages. If all items were supposed to arrive together but didn't, contact us immediately at hello@12vesta.com. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Who do I contact if my artwork arrives damaged or broken?
Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us at hello@12vesta.com right away with photos of the damage. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it, whether that means sending a replacement or offering a refund.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, with all packaging intact. Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@12vesta.com or through our Contact form. Proof of purchase will be required.
